A. NO, cups are not microwave safe. Due to the heat the outer design will get damaged.
Q. Are the cups dishwasher safe?
A. It’s recommended to hand wash with a soft wash cloth to avoid scratches and outer design damage.

A. Do not soak cups to avoid outer design damage.
Q. Can I put hot liquid in my cup?
A. No.

Q. Are my coasters and tray dishwasher safe?
A. No they are not dishwasher safe.
Q. Are my coasters and tray microwave safe?
A. No, do not place in microwave. Do not expose to extreme heat.
Q. Can my resin product break?
A. Under normal usage wherein dishware are vulnerable to dropping and damage they are effectively unbreakable.

Q. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A. It really depends on the item purchased. Standard processing and shipping time is 2 to 8 business days.
NB: I do not keep an inventory on some of my resin products and custom items, therefore those items will be done to order.
